The Efficient Way to Tackle Your To-Do List
$1,500/ 8 hours
- Labor Only: Prices reflect professional labor for the specified time block.
- Materials: All materials, parts, and hardware are billed separately. We can pick up materials on your behalf; travel and shopping time are included within your purchased service block.
- Single Trip Requirement: Service blocks must be used in one continuous trip and cannot be split across multiple days or locations.
- The "To-Do List" Strategy: We work through your prioritized list in order. We strive for efficiency but do not guarantee completion if scope exceeds the time block.
- Exclusions: High-voltage electrical, major plumbing reroutes, or projects requiring structural permits may require a separate custom estimate.
- Cancellation Policy: 48 hours' notice required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee.
